NPCF204U and NPCF28Bx Sensor Hub now Equipped with Movea’s SmartMotion Technology for Motion Processing

Movea’s sensor-hub solution offers a comprehensive set of software, firmware and tools to enable an advanced motion-based user experience. Gathering data from an accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer, Movea’s firmware delivers 3D orientation, tilt-compensated eCompass and continuous auto calibration to Nuvoton’s solution for Windows 8.1 and Android platforms. Additionally, the NPCF204U and NPCF28Bx family of devices include a hardware sensor fusion accelerator (SFA) optimized for the sensor fusion algorithm, facilitating the integration of Movea’s SmartMotion embedded software for an ultra-efficient and low power solution. Moreover, these new families of devices support various third-party sensors allowing greater flexibility in sensor selection.
