Hightite HT8621 là keo epoxy một thành phần khô bằng gia nhiệt, phù hợp cho in khuôn, chủ yếu được dùng cho đính bụng linh kiện SMT.
Sản phẩm này cách nhiệt xuất sắc, chống ẩm xuất sắc và bám dính mạnh mẽ, đáp ứng thuộc tính về điện, có khả năng lưu trữ tốt.
Trước khi dùng cần khôi phục về nhiệt độ phòng, không mở lắp để tránh độ ẩm trong không khí cũng như là sau khi sử dụng.
Nên in ở tốc độ 20-150mm/s, lực gạt dao in 3-4N/cm, tốc độ tách khuôn in 0.1-3.0mm/s.
