Compared to cheap ceramic heater, high capacity preheater effectively prevent defective rate and excels in responsiveness against time-temperature by upper and lower hot air heater. With high intensity Infrared tube heaters minimize defective rate from chips on PCB.
BK-I510 Premium Model áp dụng hệ thống tự động để khử hàn, hàn và hút chân không các chip mục tiêu trên PCB với tầm nhìn cho người dùng điều chỉnh vị trí của chip trên PCB thông qua màn hình phóng đại. Camera và màn hình bù trừ quang học dung lượng cao cho độ tương phản màu sắc giúp người dùng điều chỉnh các bộ phận định vị ở vị trí chính xác. So với máy sưởi gốm giá rẻ, máy làm nóng sơ bộ công suất cao ngăn ngừa hiệu quả tỷ lệ lỗi và vượt trội về khả năng đáp ứng với nhiệt độ thời gian bằng máy sưởi không khí nóng trên và dưới. Với cường độ cao Máy sưởi ống hồng ngoại giảm thiểu tỷ lệ lỗi từ các chip trên PCB. |
