Công cụ tạo hình được tùy chỉnh theo yêu cầu của khách hàng (Ở video minh họa, máy áp dụng cho linh kiện dạng băng, và đối với máy uốn hình chữ F thì kích thước tạo hình có thể tùy chỉnh). Đối với linh kiện dạng rời, một phụ kiện rung sẽ được bổ sung vào cơ cấu để tự động nạp linh kiện. Vận hành máy này rất tiết kiệm nhân công & thời gian, do kỹ thuật viên chỉ cần đặt băng/cuộn linh kiện vào giá đỡ máy, nhấn khởi động, và máy sẽ tự động hoạt động. - Chức năng uốn tạo hình chữ: U, F, U-K, F-K (tùy chỉnh theo nhu cầu của khách hàng). Dưới đây là thông số cho máy uốn hình chữ F (mã sản phẩm RS-907F)
- Đường kính linh kiện: 0,5-0,8 (mm) hoặc 1,0-1,3 (mm) - 2 dải kích thước này không thể sử dụng cùng một máy, cần nêu rõ ngay khi đặt hàng
RS-907F is used to cut and form resistor/diode lead to F shape. It can cut and bend leads, vertical or horizontal bending, or cutting only. The forming tool is customized as per customers' requirements (The machine in the video works for taped axial components, and the forming size is adjustable for F-shape). For loose components, a vibration bowl will be provided for auto feeding. The operator just needs to put taped and reel components on the machine holder, start it, then the machine will work automatically. It can save a lot of time. - Forming shape type: U, F, U-K, F-K (customized per customer's demand). Below is forming size range for F shape (model RS-907F)
- Lead diameter: 0.5-0.8 (mm) or 1.0-1.3 (mm)- 2 size range can not use same machine.
