They are equipped a 5 inch touch screen with a powerful human-machine interface , easy to use and can show many testing parameters. They use a MCS-51 series computer to constantly control the rotation speed and the whole testing process. Finish viscosity measurement automatically under controlling of computer and output test results to screen. They can be used to measure viscous resistance and absolute viscosity of liquid, and widely applied in the field of petri chemistry, medicine, food, light industry, textile industry, scientific research, etc. Kem hàn có độ nhớt cỡ 950 Pa.s = 950.000 mPa.s, nên dùng máy model BGD152/2S đo kiểm được. Chất keo conformal coating, nguyên chất thường có độ nhớt < 300 cSt. Khi dùng thường pha loãng ra thường còn < 65 cSt, nên dùng máy BGD 152/1S đo được. Độ dày lớp coating thường là cỡ 25um ~ 50um với Acrylic hoặc Acrylate Urethane và 30-150um với Acrylate Urethane. Khi mua dùng, thường cần mua thêm cánh khuấy và dung dịch hiệu chuẩn.
