DFS model. A cost effective model with wide range of capacity. The capacity are available in 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000N. Accuracy is 0.2% of full scale (full capacity). Please feel free to download our brochures.
DFT Model. An advance full features model. Accuracy is 0.1%. DFT are compatible with SMD motorized test stand and SMD+ material analysis test stand (universal testing machine). Capacity are available in 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000N.
DFS-XJ (5-1000N) model. This is a DFS model but with external load cell (transducer). The capacity are available in 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000N. Accuracy is 0.2% of full scale (full capacity). The load cell (transducer) come in one size for all capacity. This model is suitable for application where mounting space is limited for testing and for reading of load at a distance from the testing load.
DFS-XL (3000 – 20KN) model. This is a high capacity DFS model with external load cell (transducer). The capacity are available in 3000N, 5000N, 10KN and 20KN. Accuracy is better than 0.5 to 1%% of full scale (full capacity). The SBeam load cell (transducer) come in different size. For other type than Sbeam load cell you can request for custom build.
DFS-XP (5KN – 10KN) model. This is a high capacity DFS model with external load cell (transducer). The capacity are available in 3000N, 5000N, 10KN and 20KN. Accuracy is better than 0.5 to 1%% of full scale (full capacity). The SBeam load cell (transducer) come in different size. For other type than Sbeam load cell you can request for custom build.
DFS-XM model. This is a low capacity DFS model with external load cell (transducer). The capacity are available from 5N-1000N. Accuracy is better than 0.5 to 1% of full scale (full capacity). The SBeam load cell (transducer) is very small so it can be easily mounted to your device or system.
DFS-XB model. This is a DFS model with external load cell (transducer). The capacity are available in 500N, 1000N and 5KN. Accuracy is better than 1% of full scale (full capacity). The load cell (transducer) very thin and can be sandwich into small opening load, for example between two spot-welding tip.
MTS1 – Set. Complete Manual Test Stand with force gauge. A cost effective manual test stand hand wheel operated, suitable for tension or compression. Stroke is 300mm (12 inches) and daylight(height) is adjustable. MTS1 can be used with Nextech’s either DFS or DFT force gauge. Digital Electronic Ruler come as standard. Please specify the capacity of force gauge from 5 up to 500N when ordering.
MTS2 – Set. Complete Manual Test Stand with force gauge. A cost effective complete set. Best suited for compression but can also be used for tension. Stroke is 100mm (4 inches). MTS2 can be used with Nextech’s DFS or DFT force gauge. Digital Electronic Ruler come as standard. Please specify capacity of force gauge from 5N up to 500 N when ordering.
MTS3 – Set. Complete Manual Test Stand with force gauge. Best suited for compression test of tablet, nuts and any application for breaking small object. The small round table lift up when turning the wheel knob. MTS3 can be used with Nextech’s DFS or DFT force gauge.
