Máy nạp trình IC hay máy nạp rom (Device programmer) là thiết bị dùng để ghi/ nạp dữ liệu cho các chip có tích hợp bộ nhớ bán dẫn như các chip nhớ EEPROM, EPROM, FLASH ROM, VRAM, eMMC, UFS, các MCU hoặc các linh kiện khả trình PLD (CPLD/ FPGA)... Vì vậy, máy nạp rom là công cụ thiết yếu dùng cho học tập, nghiêm cứu, thiết kế, chế tạo, sản xuất, sửa chữa các sản phẩm điện tử công nghệ cao. TULA là công ty chuyên nghiệp số một của ở Việt nam về chủng loại thiết bị công nghệ cao này với quyền đại diện, phân phối cho hầu hết các nhà sản xuất hàng đầu Thế giới như Minato, Elnec, Xeltek, HI-LO System, Leap, Conitec, DediProg, Flash Support Group, Phyton và PEmicro,...
